My name is Hal Smith.  After running a successful dental practice for 25 years, I recently launched my career in the music industry.  Only the Best Talent services include, artist booking, development and mangement. 
   Music has been my life's passion since I started playing guitar as a young boy.  I have performed professionally for over 30 years in several very successful bands and still perform in a prominent regional classic rock band.  In addtion to performing, I was always assigned the task of band leader and agent.  As a result of that extensive experience, I have a valuable and unique skill set that allows me to understand and address the specific needs of both the artist and the talent buyer. 
   I do not feel one side has to lose for the other to win.  Instead, I make every effort to construct long lasting, win-win relationships between all parties.  I conduct my business in an upfront,open and honest manner.  If I give you my word, you can count on it.  I walk my talk and don't promise things I can't deliver. First and foremost, I put the interest of those persons I deal with ahead of my own.
